The residence provides a home-like environment, is comfortable and secure, with a qualified, professional staff to meet the needs of its residents.

The Courtyard is a one story building with modern safety features, including; secured courtyards, motion sensor light switches in the bathrooms, and motion sensors in the apartments, alarms on windows and doors. All in which to keep the resident as independent as possible while promoting dignity and respect.

The Courtyard is proud of its unique “Join their Journey” program, a highly successful program which creates partnerships with a resident’s family and caregivers, as well as their doctors. The program includes the creation of specialized “Life Stations” and “Bin Boxes” to assist residents in their journey through Alzheimer’s disease. The community will have specially trained staff to care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease. The staff will assist residents with medication and help with daily bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
