The decisions surrounding Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia’s are some of the most difficult that a family must make. Aspen Ridge Alzheimer’s Special Care Center will be unique to the Grand Junction area, and will be specially designed and devoted exclusively to the care of those suffering from this disease and other memory loss. We will be free-standing, specialized community, and will offer long-term care and short-term respite stays. A unique feature of Aspen Ridge will be 24 hour supervised care by licensed professionals.
We will encourage each resident to function at their highest possible level, and we will welcome family participation in the care-planning process. Our atmosphere will be warm and inviting – our meals tasty and nutritious – and our staff are specially trained to care for the unique needs of the Alzheimer’s/dementia resident. We believe that we should listen with our hearts, as well as our heads – so that each resident is offered dignity, respect, and acceptance.
