The Cherry Street Residence Club is a 38-bed Assisted Care facility licensed by the State of California for the care of the elderly with Alzhimer's Disease and other forms of Dementia. We offer 24- hour care and supervision in an atmosphere conducive to maximum independence and dignity. This residence is available to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory adults, age 60 and over. Our home offers special features sensitive to the security and nourishing care necessary to meet the individual needs of our special residents. Health status monitored and reported to family and physician on a regular basis. Close cooperation with family physicians, home health, therapists and pharmacists. Enjoyment of the outdoors encouraged in our secure patio and garden with added incentive for daily exercise on our circular walking path. Special diverse planned activities include gardening, pets, music, movies, exercises, games, family and community events among others. Caring community brings weekly religious services, musical events and rehearsals, and local school and adults volunteers into our facility to enrich the lives of our residents.
