Excels in behavior management, emphasis on environment and activities instead of psychotropic medication (75-80% without psychotropic medication), focuses on maximum freedom within the locked parameter for resident to enjoy indoor and outdoor without bells and whistle, individualized loving assistance with all personal needs and daily activities.
